Show-n-Tell

Michael Harris is now part of the Jackson Kayak fishing team, congratulations Mackerel.

Brad showed off a new Pioneer AVH (combo DVD/radio/backup camera)

Ron showed a new type anchor (Squidanchor) and will check it out when it arrives by mail.

Bruce showed his famous fish frying batter and cooking method.

  1. Clean fish well, soak overnight in salt water
  2. Wash well
  3. Dip in pancake batter
  4. Coat with egg & water mix
  5. Roll in cracker crumbs-press crumbs into the fish
  6. Fry in canola oil

Tips…use eggs and water (no milk), don’t use blender for cracker crumbs (makes them too small)
