Directions to Moses Lake
- I-45 South from Houston to Texas City.
- Exit onto FM 1764 East (only choice from I-45). Follow all the way through Texas City.
- Turn right when FM 1764 T's into Bay St N at the base of the levee.
- Go one block then turn left onto Dike Road (leads to Texas City Dike).
- After a few hundred yards turn left onto Skyline Drive (this levee road runs perpendicular to the dike).
- Follow Skyline Drive on the levee for several miles until it ends at the Moses Lake Floodgate.
