Trip Description: 

If you have never kayak night fished before, you are truly going to love this.  Anglers will launch after dark and make our way to the under and over water lights to try our luck at trout and redfish.  Other species are there and can be caught but the trout and redfish are the usual suspects.

Come on out to this month's meeting and I will be talking at the beginning about what to expect, lures to throw, and tactics to use while out there on the water.  

You will not be fishing in total darkness.  This is fishing on the canals in Galveston and there is plenty of lights.  Be sure to bring a head lamp for additional lighting while on the water.
