I was not sure where to post this, but I wanted to let the other members know my kayak sculptures and drawings are in an art exhibition in a private gallery in Houston. The opening reception is on Sept. 11th, Sat. from noon to 4 pm and will be on view for the next month. If you have a chance I would love some feed back on the work. Here is the link to the gallery. I have also attached a power point with a couple drawings and sculptures. There will be a total of 7 sculptures and 7 drawings. See you at the tourney.

Very nice stuff Jason. Very creative and thought provoking. I am probably sounding like an art critic but those who can take a piece of wood or a blank canvas and imagine something popping right out of it, then make that vision come to life truly possess a gift.

Jason - would you consider creating something you could donate to PACK as a prize for our tournney next year or perhaps something for our Christmas Party.

Thanks Adrian

Hi Jason,

I'm with Adrian. I really admired anyone with artistic creativity; as I basically have none (too right brained).

Have you completed "In Between" and "Submerged", or are they still in the conceptual changes?

In between is completed and at the gallery for the month of the exhibition. The kayak is lime green and carved from Ash. I will try to get a picture this Sat. at the open reception. Feel free to come to the opening.

Thank you Adrain. I think I could have something for the Xmas party. It is a 100% donation or is it silent auction of sort(50/50)? either way is ok.

See you Sept. 18th.
