Matagorda Island 4 Day Trip

I wanted to drop something into the forums regarding the upcoming trip. This is about meal planning and making sure we have things covered for group meals and that we don't have a ton of one thing and none of other items

We made a slight variation to the meal schedule. I will do Group meal on Thursday evening. I plan on doing a headless crawfish bisque which I will have prepared before hand so it will just need heating up and serving. I will also if I remember bring some French bread to go along with the meal. I also have some rice if someone perhaps is willing to take on the role of cooking it but if not I can swing it.

Friday and Saturday will be Fried Fish and Blackened Fish not sure in what order and assuming fish are caught.
Brad will be bringing the fry equipment and Bruce will be bringing the fry mix if I am assuming correctly

Would appreciate if perhaps others could chip in if you wish the below and to please advise here in the forums what you plan on bringing

Tortillas
Condiments (Ketchup, Cocktail Sauce or other sauces)
Slaw for the Fish Tacos
Potatoes for frying up for one or both of the Seafood meals. Could be whole, frozen French fries or cubed potatoes, etc.
Desert (Anyone up for some deserts can be whatever you choose). Can be for one night or a desert for each night if so wish.
Other side dishes of your choosing if you all feel something more is required
Suggest all pack a bowl, plate or utensils for eating unless someone wants to bring these items but I think its easier if everyone just packs their own stuff for reuse.
