As promised, an answer regarding guests and PACK Waivers. Yes, we need a waiver from each guest, no, a guest of yours would not be paying anyone at the put-in.  If you (a non dues paying registrant) or your guest like what they see with PACK (now in our 24th year), we ask you to join.  To Join, Renew membership and provide a current waiver, go this link:

Joining or Renewing is easy using PayPal.  If not a fan of PayPal, there are instructions to send a check and application form to PACK;  PO Box 9499;  Spring, TX   77387-9499  Your check or money order will be manually entered in our reciepts and update your profile.

On to Liability Release Waivers:  Click on this link:  PACK / USCA Waiver  Open, download, print, write or fill out interactive cells, sign, e-sign, date it, save it your computer (future reference), whichever process works for you and get it back to me using .pdf or .jpg   email to Chris Arceneaux email
