Here's an email I received from a guide that I have fished with in Port A. Capt. Charlie Ives fishes out of Hampton's Landing and is a great guy. He's got the redfish covered in that bay complex and I've always had a great trip with him. Check out his website, and if you are looking for a guide in that area, he's a good one. I've always fished with him in the late spring but he really likes to wade in the winter. His boat can easily handle four guys so his $400 special is a great deal.

I just wanted to say hi to everyone and thank you for fishing with me this last summer. Things are beginning to slow down due to school , hunting season etc... I will be fishing quite allot this winter if any of you would like to go just e-mail me or give me a call. Some of you probably don"t know that I fish allot of artificial trips in the winter nowadays and am also with Bass Assassin , so if you want to do that we can make it happen. if you can find two more guys, I'd go. I'd need to work around the holidays, but would be in for a drive down friday evening, fish saturday kind of deal...on some of the other weekends..

Lets look at some weekend on the calendar. I have a coworker that thas a cottage in Aransas Pass. we can rent for low - low if it's not booked. Chris
