I spoke with Marcus at Tackle Unlimited today who suggested a " shout out" on this forum. I am interested to get into kayak fishing. I do not yet own a kayak, so If possible I would need to go with someone from whom I could borrow one. I am a total novice in this matter but willing to learn. I live in the Katy area. I am retired so I could go virtually at any time. I have taken a paddling course and loved it. Marcus thought that there might be some one out there to take on a "newbie" like me. I am interested in flat water back bay fishing. I appreciate any help or alternate suggestions. Thanks for your time reading this post. My phone # is 281 732-8755. Thanks again.

I don't go out much at all during the winter months (LOL) but I live in Katy as well over in Cinco Ranch. Give me a shout some day if you want to come by and chat for a bit on kayaking, etc 832-228-4026. I am usually home on M-W-F as I work from the house.

Love to do that! I signed up for the Flounder Run trip this Saturday. I was hoping to meet some people. It is a wade fishing trip but it may give me some time to make acquaintances. Hope the weather does not cave in. At the moment it does not look too promising. Well, there is always a " next time"! Thanks again. I will certainly contact you. Dirk

Love to do that! Signed up for Flounder Run Trip this weekend. Hope weather will cooperate. In any case looking forward to meet some people. When would be the best time for us to get together?
