Just a quick shout out to REI as this past weekend when at the Panther Point camping trip I had a little issue with the rainfly on my tent. I brought it back to them today and explained the issue and within about 10 minutes I had a brand new tent no questions asked after initial explanation. Course me going in to return the tent they made some money as I bought something else while there so it worked out for them also.
