New to kayaking and this org. I am in Clear Lake and a long time fly fishing enthusiast but only freshwater.

Just got a saltwater (ie bigger fish) fly rod set up and am looking for bass, crappie, catfish, whatever really.

Prefer not to tangle with gators and would be nice to have a spot or two locally that I could use the kayak and just be on the water even if I don't catch anything.
