I ended up taking my uncle yesterday visiting from California and we fished MISP areas and kept 6 trout, my uncle caught the big fish; it was 22-1/2 inch trout on 1/8 oz Norton Sand Eel Jr (Baffin Magic). Trout slicks were producing big time in the light house cove area (just down from MISP towards the light house) Fish were holding in 4.5 to 6 feet of water. Other areas fished were: Army Hole (tons of bait several 15 inch trout thrown back), Pringle lake (water clarity great, - trout green and it was not tea stained and had scattered trout hitting topwaters), Fish Pond/ Mule slough (plenty of bait observed but no fish)...J Hook looked good. Winds were kickin' yesterday and averaged 15 to 18 mph occaiisonal gust to 20. Tides were excessively hight runing 1.5 to 2 feet above normal. Also, looked at surf near the J hook cove and it was clear/green with to many breakers/seaweed to attempt to fish.
