PACK - one of our friends and supporters needs our help.   Our friends from Scenic Galveston lost all 25 camps sites (homes) on Virginia Point - most homes were leveled.  Virgina Point was a small weekend community of 25 homes at the north end of the causeway - the property is all owned by Scenic Galveston.  It bordered a nature preserve.   There is an incredible amount of debris that is piled up at the edges of that nature preserve.  Though the future of Virginia Point is not yet certain - it certainly must be cleaned up.  Scenic Galveston is recruiting assistance for a big cleanup day at Virginia Point on Sunday 19 October.  Please email  or call Lalise Mason at 713-664-1870 if you are interested in lending a hand.
