Capt. Steve Soule, "The Shallowist",  will be speaking at our November 20th, PACK meeting on "Big Trout Tatics".  Techniques and discussion will be reviewed on how to catch that Trophy Trout.  Steve will present some ways on how to break your personal best record.  Steve had spoken several years ago at PACK and is a great speaker on many successful saltwater fishing strategies.  He has spoke at past boating and fishing seminars and has over 30 years experience fishing the bays of Florida and the Gulf Coast.  PACK welcomes Steve back.  Mark your calendars for this meeting and I hope to see you there.
