The PACK club is convening the 2020  PACK Board Election Committee.  The following positions are open to all members. Today, a long-time member remarked to me the positive effects the club has had for him.  I'll add that it's a rewarding experience.  Any member can perform well in these duties.  I ask you consider throwing your hat in the ring. 

Clubs like PACK operate best with renewed blood. The committee will be taking nominations through mid November. Further announcement will be sent through the PACK News feature here. I'm looking forward to meeting the 2020 PACK Board, its going to be a great year! Descriptions here:

President

a. To preside at meetings, introduce guests and speakers, keep the meeting on time.

b. To fill vacancies.

c. To appoint various committees as necessary. Past committees include 1.) Tournament, 2.) Road Trip, & 3.) Outreach.

Vice President

a. To be responsible for a program at Regular Meetings. (Mainly seek out and acquire speakers, we all participate in this effort.

b. To assist the President in the discharge of his/her duties.

c. To preside in the absence of the President.

d. To ensure the documents of incorporation of the Club are kept current.

Secretary

a. To keep a log of proceedings of the Club Meetings. (Note anything real important)

b. To maintain custody of all reports and documents connected with the Club.

c. To keep a current and correct Membership roster. (A necessary function, the President and other board members help here too)

d. To conduct the Club Correspondence (We all do this).

Treasurer:

a. To collect all monies due, to have charge of the funds of the Club, and to keep a correct record and account of all monies received and paid out.
