Just wanted to send out a quick message that Registration for Ride the Bull Fishing tournament down in Grand Isle will open on Monday June 22nd. Normally a few of us make this tournament every year and last year we had a rather large group go down. This is not a PACK sponsered trip but one of the many we functions we put on our calendar of events every year in case people wish to go. 

I am not sure how the current events with the virus will effect the tournament and how they put it on as it is usually just a mass gathering of kayak fishers the day before and the day of the event. But from what I understand it will still be held as normal. 

Last year we rented a large camp which the group stayed in but this year I am not going to look into that option due to the virus currently. I am rather going to just leave it as each person if they wish to attend the tournament make your own accomodations on the island. There are hotels, camps for rent and the state park on the island is very nice if you wish to take a camper or even tent to stay in. 

If anyone plans on going this year would appreciate letting me know as I just want to have an idea about how many might be going.
