Well we are in July now and things still seem crazy and of course the heat is on as usual for July and likely August. Hope everyone is staying safe and I have not heard of any of our members coming down with the virus. Hope some are all have been able to get some fishing in. 

One good note is that I saw where we are supposed to have a La Nina winter which means we are supposed to have a very mild winter which could be good for fishing unless things keep going crazy. I'm expecting Godzilla to show up anytime now

As always with the increased heat means the water and bacteria are heating up which means Vibrio will likely raise its ugly head and add to the 2020 mess. So if anyone has preexisting conditions, etc then always be safe and keep any cuts, etc out of the water and clean. Always try to keep some sort of cleaning goods with you in the yak and no Hydrogen Peroxide does not do any good. If ya have a cut or get hooked clean it with water if nothing else but a bleach and water solution is best or some hibicleans also.
