Trip Initiator: Blake Colburn
Trip Description: This trip is going to involve marsh for red fish and the river will contain trout. Of course you can catch trout and reds in both the marsh and/or the river. Being that it's the time of year when the reds are moving, you should have no problem finding the reds. Many times, but not always, you will see birds working in the river. When that happens, throw anything and everything and you will catch trout. If the birds are not working, then fishing the bottom and mid-water column with soft plastics should get to those trout. Baits to use are anything and everything in your tackle box.
As long as weather doesn't become a problem, this should be a great day of fishing!
