Thanks Jim for the extra effort it took to introduce PACK to the South Llano River. The 1200 plus miles of driving, multiple trips down the same stretch of water, checking out the outfitters, camp site, hotels, not to mention the threat of a hurricane washout, were all above and beyond the normal effort required to lead a PACK trip. Since Barry was right there with you for much of that planning, he deserves a pat on the back as well. Job well done to you both. The trip to Junction and the paddle on the South Llano was really an outstanding event. It was well worth the time and effort to make the trip for the participants and I hope for you guys as well. I hope we are able to have a return visit and would like to see this area added to our regular rotation.
