Lost four trees, one is on my roof, another is on a neighbors, minimal damage. No power, no phone or cell phone service in my part of town. Have water, and natural gas. Ran the last of my gasoline in the generator last night. Hopefully the power will be back on soon. Had to return to work to check my e-mail. I must have missed a message from HR at my Office, I’m the only one who has showed up for work this morning.

I survived and so did my house without any damage. Very few trees in my neighbor hood fell. On my parents street a couple miles away they were not so lucky. My parents house escaped damage but their neighbors had trees on their houses and leaks. I went into work on Sunday morning and have not left. I brought a cot and I'm sleeping here. Our radio systems held up quite well. We have tech headed to Galveston to get that site going today.
