At this time it appears we will have favorable weather. However a cool front is predicted to blow in Friday night with 18 mph wind and a low temperature Saturday morning of 56 degrees, the wind chill factor will make it feel like the low 50's. So what does this mean? Pack your warm outer wear even though it will be nearly 70 degrees on Friday morning, and rain gear as well. It also means you need to pack some long stakes and extra tie down rope for your tents. There is no wind protection so your tents will be taking the full force of the wind. The temperature Sunday morning is predicted to be 54 but the winds will be light. A light sleeping bag will be sufficient for this trip.
