Sorry to hear about the weather bad luck. I know you were looking forward to the trip. Looking forward to hearing about the lodge and future kayaking from there.
Capt.s Alan and Chris worked to put us on fish. Always connected with the other guides on the phone, we went to spots that always looked fishy one way or the other. I think we hooked up at each location, it was tough to find keepers. It got real exciting when Ron hooked and landed his 25" Speck (yes, this posting is nearly worthless without photo's) Hang on, they're coming. I can't say enough about Bay Flat's Lodge. We were treated like kings and I felt it. But, then I was sleeping by 9 on Thursday, that all day wading wore my @$$ out! Chris
Sound's like it was a fun trip! Ken, Bruce, Craig, and myself had had some great trips at BFL over the past couple of years. Chris, runs a great lodge and it's accommodations are extraordinarily nice. The dinner's at the lodge are excellent. I'm glad you guys got into the fish before the front.
Tight Lines,
