2008 Officer Introduction

Happy New Year

Let me introduce your PACK 2008 Officers
Starting at Secretary is Gus Bandemer
Coming back for another year as our Treasurer is Eli Rivera
Doing double duty as Vice President and Tournament Director is Jim Tesch. And I’m Adrian Ramos your 2008 PACK President

Our programs, website and publications are going to be first class with the help of Chris Arceneux as our Programs Director, Bruce Behrens as our Webmaster and Brad Valtierra creating our publications.
And I am fortunate to have the tutelage of 3 active past presidents – Jason Talley, Ken Jennings and Chris Arceneaux. With a staff like that I should have the easiest job in the club.

In 2008 our mission and focus will remain to promote safe, fun, fishing from a kayak or canoe and to take care of the marine resources we use every weekend.  Part of being in PACK is being in the ACA. I urge you to keep your memberships current;
we’re not covered by the ACA insurance unless your waivers and membership are current.

This year we will be travelling to new places we’ve never fished, hearing speakers we’ve never heard, and catching fish we’ve never caught while keeping tradition by going back to some of our favorite spots and favorite speakers.  Check out the 2008 event schedule.
